Black Sabbath patria k priekopníkom heavy metalu. Anglická skupina, ktorú v Birminghame v roku 1968 založili spevák Ozzy Osbourne, gitarista Tony Iommi, basgitarista Geezer Butler a bubeník Bill Ward, definovala žáner svojimi prvými tromi albumami a ovplyvnila generácie rockových kapiel.
Album Technical Ecstasy vyšiel v roku 1976 ako siedmy štúdiový album kapely. Toto špeciálne vydanie prináša originálny album v remastri z roku 2021, alternatívne mixy od Stevena Wilsona, doteraz nevydané verzie skladieb vrátane She's Gone (Instrumental Mix) a kompletné živé nahrávky z turné World Tour 1976–77 s klasikami ako War Pigs, Black Sabbath či Children of the Grave. Box obsahuje aj tour program a plagát.
