Armin van Buuren je holandský DJ a producent špecializujúci sa na trance. Od roku 2001 moderuje týždenný rozhlasový program A State of Trance, ktorý počúva takmer 40 miliónov poslucháčov vo viac ako 84 krajinách. V roku 2003 založil vlastné vydavateľstvo Armada Music.
Album Intense na double LP prináša štrnásť skladieb s hosťujúcimi vokalistami vrátane Fiory, Emmy Hewitt, Richarda Bedforda a Laury Jansen.
