Eric Clapton je anglický bluesový a rockový gitarista, spevák a skladateľ, považovaný za jedného z najvplyvnejších gitaristov všetkých čias. Je trikrát uvedený v Rock and Roll Hall of Fame – ako sólový interpret a ako člen Yardbirds a Cream.
