Ponúka štyri skladby v prvej časti – od trinásťminútovej The Heart of Life cez Time To Fly až po kratšiu I Won't Make It a deväťminútovú Walking In Daylight. Druhú polovicu albumu tvorí rozsiahla deväťdielna Deep Water Suite, ktorej časti sledujú dramatický oblúk od úvodnej Introduction cez Fires Of The Sunrise a Nightmare In Paradise až k záverečnému The Door To Heaven. Suita spája epizódy Launch Out v niekoľkých pokračovaniach a vrcholí v New Revelation.
