Ingested je britská death metalová skupina z Manchestru založená v roku 2006, spájajúca prvky brutal death metalu a deathcore. Kapela si získala uznanie vo svete extrémneho metalu svojím brutálnym soundom a technicky náročnou inštrumentáciou.
Štúdiový album The Surreption II vyšiel v roku 2021 na vydavateľstve Unique Leader Records. Nahrávka obsahuje 10 skladieb, medzi ktorými vynikajú tituly Crowning the Abomination, This Disgusting Revelation a záverečná The Alpha and Omega trvajúca cez desať minút. Album je dodávaný v digipackovom balení s 12-stranovou brožúrou.
V čase vydania albumu pôsobil v skupine spevák Jason Evans.
