Killer Mike (vlastným menom Michael Santiago Render, nar. 1975) je americký rapper z Atlanty, známy aj ako polovica dua Run the Jewels. Jeho tvorba sa pohybuje v southern rape a dirty south štýle.
Piaty štúdiový album R.A.P. Music vyšlo v roku 2012 a teraz konečne vychádza v reedícii na zelenom vinyle. Album produkoval El-P (ktorý sa neskôr stal Mikeovým partnerom v Run the Jewels) a hosťujú na ňom Bun B, T.I., Trouble a ďalší. Nosné skladby zahŕňajú Big Beast, Reagan či Ghetto Gospel. Vinylové vydanie obsahuje kompletné inštrumentálne verzie všetkých skladieb na druhom LP.
