Album Conspiracy vyšiel v roku 1989 ako jeho štvrtý štúdiový album. Táto vinylová reedícia z roku 2020 prináša kompletnú pôvodnú verziu, na ktorej zaznejú okrem iného skladby At the Graves, Sleepless Nights či Cremation.
