Kreator je nemecká thrash metalová kapela z Essenu, založená v roku 1982. Patrí k veľkej štvorke nemeckého thrash metalu spolu s Destruction, Sodom a Tankard. Štýl skupiny prešiel vývojom od speed metalu cez thrash k industriálnemu a gotickému metalu, pričom Kreator je považovaný za priekopníka death a black metalu.
Outcast, ôsmy štúdiový album kapely pôvodne z roku 1997, vychádza v reedícii z roku 2019 ako 2CD digipack. Prvý disk obsahuje remaster albumu z roku 2018 s 13 skladbami vrátane Leave This World Behind, Phobia a Forever. Druhý disk prináša 11 skladieb živého setu z festivalu Dynamo Open Air 1998, remasterovaných v roku 2018. Hoci Outcast nepatril k najpredávanejším titulom v diskografii skupiny, aj tento album dokazoval jedinečnosť a zaujetie hudbou.
