Marillion je britská progressive rocková skupina založená v roku 1979, ktorá prepojila post-punkovú scénu s klasickým progresívnym rockom. Patrí k najvýznamnejším predstaviteľom neoprog žánru.
Album Brave vyšiel v roku 1994 ako siedmy štúdiový album kapely na vydavateľstve Parlophone a dosiahol 10. miesto v britskom rebríčku. Toto vydanie prináša Steven Wilson Remix z roku 2018. Album obsahuje jedenásť skladieb vrátane viacdielnych kompozícií Goodbye to All That a The Great Escape. Brave je na 29. mieste v rebríčku časopisu Prog Magazine „Top 100 Prog Albums of All Time“.
Na albume sa podieľali Steve Hogarth (spev), Steve Rothery (gitara), Mark Kelly (klávesy), Pete Trewavas (basgitara) a Ian Mosley (bicí).
