Motörhead bola britská rocková skupina založená v roku 1975 Ianom „Lemmy“ Kilmisterom, považovaná za predchodcu novej vlny britského heavy metalu a jednu zo štýlotvorných kapiel speed metalu.
Iron Fist vyšlo v apríli 1982 u vydavateľstva Bronze Records (reedícia BMG) a dosiahlo 6. miesto v britských rebríčkoch. Titulný singel „Iron Fist“ sa umiestnil na 29. priečke. Tento triple LP prináša reedíciu k 40. výročiu s remasterovaným albumom, štúdiové demá z októbra 1981 (Jacksons studio) vrátane alternatívnej verzie Young & Crazy, a kompletný živý koncert z Glasgow Apollo z marca 1982 so skladbami Heart of Stone, Loser a The Hammer. Celkovo obsahuje 37 nahrávok na troch vinyloch.
Na albume sa podieľali Lemmy Kilmister (basgitara, spev), Phil „Philthy Animal“ Taylor (bicie), Eddie Clarke (gitara) a Brian Robertson (gitara). Pre klasickú zostavu Lemmy-Clarke-Taylor išlo o posledný spoločný album.
