Napalm Death je britská grindcorová skupina, ktorá ako jedna z prvých kapiel definovala tento štýl spojením crust a hardcore punku. Kapela patrí k hlavným predstaviteľom extrémneho metalu.
Album Harmony Corruption vyšiel 30. júla 1990 u vydavateľstva Earache Records ako tretia štúdiová platňa skupiny. Ide o prvý album Napalm Death nahratý v päťčlennej zostave. Platňa obsahuje 11 skladieb vrátane If the Truth Be Known, Suffer the Children či Circle of Hypocrisy. Materiál sa pohybuje v intenciách death metalu a grindcoru s celkovou stopážou vyše štyridsať minút.
V čase vydania tvorili zostavu Barney Greenway (spev), Jesse Pintado (gitara), Mitch Harris (gitara), Shane Embury (basgitara) a Mick Harris (bicie).
