Powerwolf je nemecká power metalová kapela aktívna od roku 2003, známa temným vzhľadom a témami odkazujúcimi na kresťanstvo a vlkolačie legendy. Skupina už vydala desať štúdiových albumov.
Dvojdisková turné edícia Call of the Wild (Tour Edition) predstavuje rozšírenú verziu alba Call of the Wild. Prvý disk obsahuje pôvodných jedenásť skladieb vrátane Faster Than the Flame, Beast of Gévaudan či Dancing with the Dead. Druhý disk Missa Cantorem II prináša všetky piesne znovu naspievané v duete s hosťami – medzi nimi sa objavujú Hansi Kürsch, Tommy Johansson, Melissa Bonny a ďalšie metalové osobnosti.
