Rednex je švédska eurodance skupina, ktorá vo svojej hudbe spája country motívy s tanečnými rytmami. Od polovice 90. rokov získala celosvetovú popularitu vďaka hitom ako Cotton Eye Joe, Old Pop in an Oak alebo Wish You Were Here.
Kompilácia Greatest Hits & Remixes vyšla v roku 2019 na dvojitom CD u vydavateľstva ZYX Music. Prvý disk prináša rozhlasové verzie najväčších hitov skupiny vrátane The Spirit of the Hawk, Hold Me for a While a Wish You Were Here, druhý disk potom obsahuje remixové verzie týchto skladieb – od Madcow mixu Cotton Eye Joe, cez Stampede remix skladby Wish You Were Here, až po rozšírené verzie ďalších hitov. Celkovo album ponúka 30 nahrávok.
V čase vydania zostavu tvorili Yansn, Billy Ray, Göran Danielsson, Annika Ljungberg, Mia Löfgren, Mup, Jonas Nilsson, Anders Sandberg a Bobby Sue.
