The Rolling Stones sú britská rocková kapela založená v Londýne v roku 1962. Pôvodne ju viedol Brian Jones spolu s Mickom Jaggerom a Keithom Richardsom, ktorí sa stali hlavnými skladateľmi a tvorivou silou skupiny. V roku 2004 magazín Rolling Stone ich zaradil na 4. miesto v rebríčku 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
Blu-ray Steel Wheels Live prináša živé vystúpenie z 19. decembra 1989 nahrané počas turné Steel Wheels/Urban Jungle Tour na podporu albumu Steel Wheels. Trojdiskové vydanie obsahuje 56 nahrávok vrátane klasík ako Start Me Up, Sympathy for the Devil, Gimme Shelter či Paint It Black. Koncert bol nakrútený a vysielaný naživo, vydaný bol v roku 2020 vo vydavateľstve Polydor.
Počas turné Steel Wheels tvorili zostavu Mick Jagger (spev, gitara, harmonika), Keith Richards (gitara, spev), Charlie Watts (bicie) a Ronnie Wood (gitara).
