The Drifters sú americká soulová a R&B vokálna skupina založená v roku 1953 v New Yorku. Preslávila sa v 50. a 60. rokoch 20. storočia s lídrami ako Clyde McPhatter a Ben E. King. Zloženie sa v priebehu desaťročí veľmi často menilo – skupinou prešlo vyše 60 spevákov. V roku 1988 bola uvedená do Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Under The Boardwalk: The Collection vyšlo v roku 2020 vo vydavateľstve BMG Rights Management ako kompilácia na 2 CD v digipackovom balení. Zbierka obsahuje 28 skladieb a predstavuje prierez klasických hitov skupiny. Medzi najznámejšie piesne patria Stand by Me, Save the Last Dance for Me, Under the Boardwalk, Up on the Roof či There Goes My Baby – songy, ktoré definovali žánre doo wop a rhythm and blues.
