Flotsam and Jetsam je americká thrashmetalová skupina založená v roku 1981 v arizonskom Phoenixe. V kapele pôsobil baskytarista Jason Newsted, ktorý krátko po vydaní debutového albumu prešiel do Metallicy.
Single Rats in the Temple vyšiel v roku 2026 u vydavateľstva Napalm Records. Vinylová doska prináša rovnomennú skladbu v dĺžke 4:45 minúty, ktorá predstavuje žánrovú kostru thrash metalu s prvkami speed metalu.
Na nahrávke sa podieľali Jason Newsted, Steve Conley na gitare, Bill Bodily, Eric Braverman a Ken Mary na bicích.
