Flotsam and Jetsam je americká thrashmetalová kapela založená v roku 1981 vo Phoenixe v Arizone. Bývalým baskytaristom bol Jason Newsted, ktorý kapelu opustil a stal sa členom Metallicy.
Singel Rats in the Temple vychádza v roku 2026 na CD u vydavateľstva Napalm Records. Nosič obsahuje jedinú rovnomennú skladbu v dĺžke 4:45, ktorá prináša aktuálny zvuk kapely v žánri thrash metal.
Zostavu kapely v čase vydania tvorili Jason Newsted, Steve Conley (gitara), Bill Bodily, Eric Braverman a Ken Mary (bicie).
