Grateful Dead bola americká rocková skupina založená v roku 1965 v Kalifornii, preslávená eklektickým štýlom spájajúcim rock, folk, blues, jazz, country a psychedeliu. Známi sú predovšetkým svojimi rozsiahlymi živými improvizáciami a oddanou fanúšikovskou základňou zvanou „Deadheads“.
