Roger Waters je britský rockový hudobník, basgitarista, spevák a skladateľ, preslávený pôsobením v kapele Pink Floyd (1965–1985), kde bol v neskorších rokoch hlavným skladateľom a autorom konceptuálnych albumov plných melancholických textov a spoločenskej kritiky. Po odchode z Pink Floyd úspešne pokračoval v sólovej kariére.
